3003 Mill Finish Aluminum Coil

The 3003 mill finish aluminum coil is a commonly used product in aluminum-manganese alloy series. Tensile strength σb (MPa): 90 to 205, Elongation δ10 (%): 1~20.

Containing a manganese alloy element, this range of aluminum coil enjoys excellent anti-rust property and machining ability, high corrosion resistance, as well as good weldability and electroconductivity. Its strength is about 10% higher than 1100 series. The mill finish aluminum coil is used for the processing of parts requiring good forming ability, high corrosion resistance, and good welding capacity, or parts enjoying these properties while still having higher strength than 1XXX series.

Can be simply processed into aluminum alloy sheet, aluminum alloy foil, etc., the 3003 mill finish aluminum coil has found applications in food and chemical products processing and storage equipment, trough, tank, pressure vessel, piping, general utensil, heat exchanger, rivet, welding wire, washing machine cylinder, heat sink, make-up board, copier drum, ship material, etc.
