Construction of the Forklift Truck
1. Engine of the FDM8120 12 ton forklift truck: YC6B125-T11 made by Yuchai Group

2. Transmission Gearbox plus Torque Converter
The high performance dedicated transmission gearbox for the heavy duty forklift works with low noise, stable quality and reliable performance. It has two forward gears and one reverse gear.

3. Drive Axle
The drive axle fitted to our industrial forklift truck is reliable and advanced in performance and technology. Matched with caliper disc brake, it has high performance price ratio with strong anti-pollution ability and good heat dissipation.

4. Hydraulic System
Our forklift truck supports the full hydraulic steering priority quantitative system with the enhanced high sensitivity.

5. Braking System
The diesel forklift truck takes advantage of air-over-oil booster braking system. The forklift operator can operate stably with the parking brake and service brake. By exploiting the air-over-oil pressure boosting technology, the pneumatic hydraulic braking system can provide large enough braking torque with small operating force to ensure effective and reliable braking in various working occasions.

6. Mast and Pallet Fork Frame System
The newly designed mast and pallet fork frame system of the forklift truck provide the driver with spacious front view, which is propitious to the improvement of the working safety and the enhancement of the working efficiency.
