The piston compressor is a multi-stage compressor for testing and inspection purposes. Within the industrial air compressor, air undergoes four-stage compression and its pressure turns into 30MPa (1Mpa=10kg). In the meantime, the piston compressor comes with a filtration system to remove the moisture and impurities from the air, so as to offer clean and safe compressed air.

Features of the Piston Compressor
The piston compressor supports four-stage compression and adopts air cooling method through the high-strength nylon cooling fan. Its high-pressure safety valve realizes the free regulation of stress and guarantee safe operation.


The four stage compressor is fitted with the wearable CMC alloy cylinder, piston, bent axle and other components, which allows for long-time load. It also consists of an intelligent sewage collector and an auto-stop device, and manual operation models are available.


According to your needs, the industrial piston compressor can be driven by a diesel engine, a gasoline engine, or an explosion-proof motor with the voltage of 380V or 220V.


The industrial compressor may be equipped with one or two sets of inflation valve, adapting piece and gas tube, so as to inflate one or two gas cylinders at a time. Its recording system can record inflation time. The shock-proof pressure gage, activated carbon purification system and molecular sieve allows the gas compressor to generate pure and safe compressed air.
