2. The efficient totally-enclosed fan-cooled motor is specially designed, which provides the air compression unit with protection grade of IP54 and insulation grade of F.
3. Due to the advanced air-suction and back-pressure structure, the screw compressor does not need to be fitted with a exhaust check valve, and is able to avoid oil backflow when halt. Its voltage regulator can realize 0-100% stepless regulation of air feed.
4. The industrial compressor uses an imported temperature-sensing valve to automatically control and adjust the temperature of machine oil entering into the main machine, so as to make the exhaust gas temperature within limits and prevent moisture from being separated out from the air within the product.
5. The microcomputer controller of the stationary screw compressor is perfect for outdoors and comes with useful functions and easy operation. It supports unattended operation round the clock and integrated control of multi-computers. 9. Oil Filter
The rotary type filter is able to completely filter out impurities from the lubricants with no risk of oil seepage, and can be replaced easily.

It follows the less temperature difference design and increases heat transfer area, so the screw compressor is suitable for the working environment with high temperature and high humidity.
11. Acoustic Enclosure
According to the totally enclosed mute box-type design, the inside of the box is covered with sound-absorbing foam to reduce noise. Hence, the noise of our screw air compressor is 3-5dB (A) less than that of other screw compressors. Its reasonable structure contributes to maintenance.
