Low Pressure Screw Compressor

With the discharge pressure of 2~5bar, the low pressure screw compressor is designed for textile, cement, glass and other industries requiring low pressure compressed air. Low pressure air compressors with maximum discharge pressure of 1.5bar is also available.

The dedicated main machine for the low pressure screw compressor reduces the resistance of discharge pressure, and improves efficiency.

The oil pump continuously supplies lubricant, which provides the low pressure compressor with enough fuel-injection quantity under low discharge pressure, so as to maintain the best oil-gas mixing ratio.

Features of the Low Pressure Screw Compressor
1. The high-quality four-stage motor directly connects to the screw air compressor. At slow rotational speed, the big rotor contributes to high performance of the screw compressor.
2. Owing to the enhanced oil-gas separation device, the outlet oil content is only 2~3ppm.
3. The heat radiating area of the oil cooler is increased by over 30%, which enables the low pressure screw compressor to run normally in summer without overheat.
4. The carefully designed main machine and reasonable internal pressure ratio brings about the best specific power.
5. The EPC intelligent control system for the industrial air compressor can automatically adjust gas displacement in line with actual service condition.
