Features of the Mobile Diesel Air Compressor
1. Air Compression Unit
With the large-diameter rotor, the air compression unit directly connects to the diesel engine through a high-elastic coupling without any overdrive gear. The rotational speed of the main unit is the same as that of the diesel engine, so as to improve the efficiency, reliability and working life of the mobile air compressor.

2. Diesel Engine
To achieve the national emission standardⅡ, this range of diesel air compressor is powered by diesel engines of well-known brands at home and abroad, such as Commins, Yuchai and other engines with power driving force and low oil consumption. Due to our complete after-sales service system, you may get prompt and excellent service.

3. The mobile air compressor is available with a reliable gas capacity control system to intelligently adjust gas capacity from 0 to 100% in line with air consumption. Meanwhile, it may also automatically adjust the diesel engine throttle to effectively save energy.

4. The microcomputer of the mobile diesel air compressor intelligently motors discharge pressure and temperature of the air compressor, rotational speed, oil pressure, water temperature and oil tank level of the engine, and other operating parameters. In addition, it can perform the functions of automatic alarm and stop protection.

5. The multistage air filter makes the industrial air compressor fit for the working environment full of dust. The multistage fuel filter can satisfy the domestic quality requirements for oils. Moreover, the huge oil-water cooler may adapt to high temperature or altitude environment.

6. Through the wide door designed for maintenance or repair, the operator can easily reach and maintain the air filter, oil filter, fuel tank, battery, oil cooler and other parts, which successfully shortens downtime.

7. Even in the rough terrain, the diesel air compressor is still able to move flexibly. Each one is equipped with rings for lifting and transporting safely and easily.
