Composition
The DLQC-B-9 Sagitar direct injection engine trainer consists of a Sagitar 1.8TSI electronically controlled gasoline engine assembly, engine electronic control system, equipment rack, experimental panel, storage battery, and other components.
Use
This equipment is able to meet the teaching requirements of electronically controlled engine structure, working principle, as well as fault setting and diagnosis.
Functional Characteristics
1. Dynamic real-time display function
Through the original car dashboard, digital voltmeter, fuel pressure gauge, and oil pressure gauge, the engine's dynamic and static signal parameters variation can be displayed in real time. The injector pulses and the throttle opening degree are shown by the LED lights.
2. Detection function
Our Sagitar direct injection engine trainer is equipped with external detection terminals, so it can detect and analyze signals from the sensor, actuator, and other electronic control units. It also has a computer data detection port, hence, code reading and clearing as well as waveform analysis can be conducted through a decoding apparatus.
3. Fault setting function
Faults can be set by hand or by computer, which brings convenience to the testing of students.
