Except for various lamps used in common environment, the industrial and mining lamps also include explosion-proof lamp and anticorrosion lamp used in special environment. In common production and high quality working process, industrial lighting plays an extremely important role.

According to the lighting function, the industrial and mining lamp can be divided into general lighting type and local lighting type. The general lighting lamp has high requirements for the distribution of the luminous beam. The commonly used distribution of luminous beam has the direct illumination type and semi-direct illumination type. The local lighting lamp can enhance the illuminance of a certain working site. It can be used for strengthening and supplementary illumination for the general lighting. The local lighting lamp can also be employed for temporary lighting for the occasions which usually don’t need illumination such as overhaul and maintenance of equipment.
