PVC transparent hose and braided fiber reinforced hose extrusion machine is suitable for manufacturing PVC fiber hose with the diameter range from 6mm to 50mm. It utilizes PLC control to provide simple and stable operation. Its production speed varies from 6 to 15m/min. All its electrical parts, such as breaker, inverter, relay, etc, come from Siemens, Omron or Schneider. Both screw and screw barrel are made of 38CrMoALA material. Through nitrogen treatment, the thickness of nitride layer can reach 0.4mm to 0.7mm, and the hardness is more than 940. The center height of our machine is adjustable.
