PE/PP sheet extrusion machine is appropriate for producing PE, PP and PS single and multi layer sheet with the thickness range from 0.1 to 30mm and the width of up to 3000mm. Its production line mainly includes vertical type three roll calender, high performance extruder, mold, screen changing system, cooling rack, traction unit, cutting machine etc. In accordance with different demands, additives can be available in our machine to improve the strength or toughness, or provide such functions as flame retardant, embossing, frosting etc.

This PE and PP sheet extrusion machine utilizes the electromagnetic heater to save 40% to 60% on the electric power. T shaped head is specially designed to precisely control the thickness of the extruded plastic sheet or board. The temperature control is accurate to ±1°C. Our machine is able to control the plasticizing precess and ensures the precise product thickness and evenness. Moreover, the cutting machine can accurately control the cutting length. The length counter is able to set the product length. The winder is used to automatically adjust the speed and tensile force, which can also flexibly set the width of required product.
