Product Characteristics

We utilize CNC laser welding equipment imported from Europe to combine the copper tube with the heat collecting plate inside this type flat plate solar energy collector. In this way, the welding point possesses long service life, strong binding force and small thermal resistance.

2. The frame material of our product is made of aviation grade aluminum magnesium alloy and processed by surface oxidation, which remarkably features light weight, firm structure, pleasant appearance, corrosion resistance among others.

3. This flat plate solar energy collector provides the highest efficiency when being applicable to the low temperature hot water at 60℃. Its average thermal performance can be over 10% higher than that of other types of the heat collector.

4. Moreover, our product can achieve compact type or zero clearance installation. While producing hot water, it also offers such functions as heat insulation, shading, as well as water resistance, which can replace part or all of the roof or elevation building. In the meantime, both shape and structure of our product can be designed flexibly so as to achieve the compatibility of the architectural structure as well as the mode of building material and the size.
