The RCQ chain belt typebrazing furnace adopted by this production line is a continuous chain belt typestep furnace by absorbing foreign advanced technology and is applicable tobrazing heat treatment for specific components such as mining teeth and highwayteeth, etc. Ithas high degree of automation, low requirement for operating technology, highcontrol precision and good working environment. Temperature of the workpiece is measured by the infrared thermometer, whichhas high precision. Manipulator is adopted, making quenching automatic. Speedof clamping and moving is adjustable. In addition, convenient replacement offixtures facilitates heat treatment of parts with different specifications.
