A screw synchronous transmissionis used to achieve the automatic alignment of the clamp system, and can alsoensure the accurate positioning and automatic alignment of web and wing platesof different sizes without frequent adjustment. In addition, a fine filter is installedin the high quality hydraulic system so that electric valves function correctlyfor a long time. Highly efficient assembling can be achieved with an assemblingspeed of 500-6000mm/min. Moreover, an AC frequency converter and programmable controller also make controleasy and convenient.
