8×4 Tipper


8×4 tipper is usually used in civil engineering. It canwork together with the excavating machine, shovel wheel loader, and beltconveyor to load, transport and discharge loose materials (such as dirt, gravel,sand, and bulk cargo, etc). Its fundamental collocation is in accordance withthe Euro-I emission standards.
Euro-II discharge type is also available to all the machines.

European 1 Engine
The Euro norms require manufacturers to efficientlyreduce the existing pollution emission levels by implementing certain technicalchanges to vehicles.
In order to have a EURO I compliant cars, manufacturers should make certainchanges and pay special attention to the following aspects:(a) carburetorretuning (b) secondary air intake (c) exhaust gas recirculation (d) catalyzer capacity increase (e) tri-metal coating in the catalyzer.

European 2 Engine
The Euro norms require manufacturers to reduce theexisting pollution Emission Levels in a more efficient manner by making certaintechnical changes to the vehicles.
According to the Euro II standards, the carburetor should be replaced by anMPFI system i.e. a Multi-point Fuel Injection System.
There are two basic types of engines: spark-ignition engine andcompression-ignition engine. In the spark-ignition engine, fuel ignition istriggered by an electric spark from a spark plug. For the compression-ignitionengine, atomized liquid fuel is injected into a cylinder full of hot compressedair through a fuel pump and a nozzle. Since larger cylinders need more fuel,they require more than one injector, thus resulting in a multi-point fuelinjection system. The discharge standard in EuropeanⅡ:

Maintenance ofDamp Trucks
