Overview

The SCOPE POWER BF series DEUTZ generator sets use 2012/1013/1015series water cooled DEUTZ engines from Sino-Germany joint venture companies in China.The engines are under DEUTZ license. The DEUTZ generator sets also include analternator, base frame, connecting flange, fuel tank, control system, etc.

It is one of the most famous engines in the world.It gains plenty of users’ trust with its advanced performance. It is a fourstrokes water cooled industrial engine. It is based on German technique, combiningthe outstanding features of compact structure, big power, low fuel consumption,small size, light weight, high reliability and durability, slight vibration, andlow noise. It is convenient to use and easy to maintain. Its exhaust emissioncomes up to EURO Ⅱ, Ⅲ standards.

Alternator

The watercooled Deutz engine diesel generator set, Series BF can be coupled with theSCOPE POWER series A.C. synchronous brushless alternator (a new style wedesigned, with updated international technology). It can also be matched with aSTAMFORD, LEROY SOMER or MARATHON alternator according to customers’ demand. Gensets can be open type orsoundproof (silent) type.

Gensets compliance with all main standards, suchas: GB/T2820, ISO8528, IEC34, VDE0875-N

Prime output power: 48kw-450kw (60kva-563kva)

Rated voltage: 400/230v, 440/254v, 220/127v, etc.

Phase/connecting method: 3 phase 4 wire/Y typeconnection

Rated frequency: 50/60hz

Rated speed: 1500/1800rpm

Excited type: Brushless, self excited or PMG

Insulation: Class H

Protection: IP21～IP23

Voltage regulation: AVR automatic control

Altitude above sea level: ≤1000 meters

Controller System

1. The water cooled Deutz engine diesel generatorset, BF Series offers the standard control panel, including volt meter,frequency meter, ampere meter, water temperature gauge, oil temperature gauge,oil pressure gauge, AMF control module, oil level indicator, emergency button,preheating button, battery voltage gauge, and hours running counter forprotection and transferring.

2. It can becombined with an ATS electric control cabinet, including circuit breaker, LCDor LED auto controller, indicating lamp, transfer switch, etc. The automatictransfer switch (ATS) uses updated technology, which can be automatic controlfor on-off electricity, remote monitoring, automatic parallel operation, etc.
