Description

Acid protease is obtained by controlledfermentation of Aspergillus Niger.It can effectively hydrolyze protein under the low PH condition. Acid protease is widely used in the manufacture of alcohol, beer, liquor, as well as in the food processing, leather processing, feed additives, etc.

1. Temperature: 30-50℃,optimum 40-50℃
2. PH: 2.5-6.0, optimum 2.5-3.5

Acid Protease Specification
1. Solidtype acid protease is powder form withspecification from 50000u/g to 100000u/g. Liquid type acid protease is dark brown liquid form with specification from50000u/ml to 100000u/ml.
2. Unitdefinition : The amount of enzyme needed to hydrolyze 1ug of casein inone minute at PH3.0, 40 ℃(u/gor u/ml).
3.Standard: GB/T 23527-2009.


ApplicationGuide
1. In the manufactureof alcohol for grain fermentation, the recommended dosage is 10-15 units /gram rawmaterial. It also shouldbe in accordance with raw material and the specific processconditions.
2. In the feed and food processing industries, therecommended dosage is 5-10 units /gram raw material. It is also decided based on thespecific conditions of customers.
3. In the manufacture of soy sauce, add 25 units of enzyme. In thefermentation of solid distilled spirit, add 20 units of enzyme.

Notice
1. When use solid type acid protease, first dissolve it in the water (inthe proportion 1:20) at the temperatureof 30-40℃ for about 60 minutes, and then stir until evenly distributed.
2. In the fermentation industry, the acidproteasecan accelerate fermentation and temperature rise. But the temperature should be not more than 40 ℃.

Safe Use of AcidProtease
Avoid inhalation of mist or dust of acid protease. However,if the acid protease comes into contact with your hands or eyes,please immediately wash them with water for at least 15minutes.

Package and Storage
Solid type is packed in plastic woven bag, 20kg/bag.
Liquid type is packed in plastic drum, 25kg/drum.
Specific package requests are also accommodated.
As the acid protease is organicbiochemical substance, sunlight and high temperature will cause inactivation of the enzyme.So, it should be kept in a ventilated, dry place where the temperature is lessthan 25℃. The acid protease can be preserved for a long time if it is stored at atemperature of 5℃.
