Description
Cellulase is a kind of strain (Trichoderma koningii) withhigh output. It is made through deep ventilation fermentation and extraction processes. Cellulase is widely used in thefeed, textile, fuel ethanol, alcohol, Chinesemedicine, food, juice processing, etc.

Working Mechanism
Cellulase is one kind of compound bio-catalyst, with multiple ingredients. It is chiefly composed of C1 enzyme, β-1.4 glucanase and β-glucosidase. Cellulase cancatalyze the hydrolysis of cellulose and produce staple fiber, cellobioseand glucose.

1. Solid type cellulase is off-white powder, with such enzyme activity units (CMC Enzyme) as10000u/g, 20000u/g,30000u/g, 40000u/g, 50000u/g, 60000u/g
Liquid type cellulase is brown liquid product: 10000u/ml, 20000u/ml.
2. Unit definition (CMCA ENZYME): Theamount of enzyme needed to hydrolyze the substance of cellulase in one hour atPh4.8, 70℃, producing nearly1mg reducing sugar of glucose.

Application Guide
1. Feed industry: As a feed additive, cellulase makesthe feed to be easily digested and can help improve the weight, milk productionand egg production capacities of livestock or poultry. Generaldosage is 0.1-0.5%.
2. Textile industry: Cellulase can improveboth the appearance and quality of textile products. Therecommend dosage is as follows: 2.5-5g/kgof fabrics (5:1 water: clothes); 5-10g/kgof fabrics (10:1 water: clothes).
3. Other industry: According to the instruction oftechnicians.

Package and Storage
Solid type cellulase is packedin plastic woven bag, 20kg/bag.
Liquid type cellulaseis packed in plastic drum, 25kg/drum.
As the cellulaseis organic biochemical substance, sunlightand high temperature will cause inactivation of the enzyme.So, avoid exposure to sunlight when being transported. And keep the cellulase in a cool and dry place.
