RL-RD-200 disposable nursing pads production line is suitable for producing different specifications of nursing pads(breast pads). The finished products are individually wrapped. This production line features an output of 250-300 pcs/min.

Features A breathable absorbent paper unwinder is adopted. Tissue unwinder is equipped. Dosing applicator of SAP is used. Transmission system consists of sealed gearbox, universal coupling and synchronous belt, of stable transmission and good synchronism. Molding and positioning process is equipped with an electronic differential to conduct synchronous regulation without closing down.
