Description

RL-HLD-150 disposable underpads production line can produce various sizes of underpads, like 600mm×900mm and 900mm×900mm. Custom size is also provided as request, with a capacity of 100-150m/min.

Fluff pulp+SAP Polyethylene(PE) Film Tissue Nonwovens

Features Mixing applying of fluff pulp and SAP is controlled by an inverter, offering uniform cotton core. Cotton core content adjustment is available while equipment runs. Finished underpads are automatically tri-folded, stacked, counted and discharged. Automatic or manual material splicer with a finial cutting unit. The constant tension control winder has a center unwinder, allowing for automatic splicing. Automatic unwinder can deals with hdrophilic non-woven fabric, PE film, etc. PLC system with touch screen control is easy to operate. Transmission system consists of sealed gearbox, universal coupling and synchronous belt, of stable transmission and good synchronism. Centeral Automatic inspection and alarms for broken materials and lacking of materials. Automatic rejection system for materials changeover and splicing.
