Description

RL-HD-300 daily panty liner production line can be used to make different types of pantyliners like compound core, 3-layer core or with a medicated layer. Pantyliner length can be customized following your demands, generally available in 160mm and 180mm. This production line offers a production speed of 200-300pcs/min.

Features Daily panty liner is cut and pressed vertically by the main machine. Transmission system consists of sealed gearbox, universal coupling and synchronous belt, of stable transmission and good synchronism. Molding and positioning process is equipped with an electronic differential, allowing for synchronous regulation without closing down.
