It offers large reduction ratio andhigh crushing capacity which is 1.4 times of its most counterparts made in China. Thelifespan of its wearing parts is two to three times longer as well.Additionally, the gap between the hammer and the impact plate is adjustable, sothe compound crusher is applicable for feeding materials with wide particlesize.

The compound crusheroffers both coarse crushing and fine crushing functions, and is ideal formaterials with high water content up to 8%. It generates low noise, less than75dB, during operation and also low dust. It is popular in industries such asmining, metallurgy, refractory, cement, coal, glass, ceramic and powergeneration, etc. for crushing materials with medium and high hardness.
TechnicalParameters of the Compound Crusher

Our vertical compound crusher primarily consists of driving system, main shaft, crushing chamber, upper cover andsupporting base. The motor drives the main shaft to rotate. Thus, the hammermounted at the top of the main shaft rotate as well. When materials are fedfrom the upper feeding hole, they are crushed during falling process by thehigh speed rotating hammers, and finally discharged from the bottom discharginghole.
