Cone Crusher
Our conecrusher has simple structure. It is mainly composed of the machine frame,horizontal shaft, moving cone, balance wheel, eccentric bushing, a fixed cone,a moving cone, hydraulic coupler, lubrication system, hydraulic system, andcontrol system. Following are some characteristics of the crushing equipment.
1. Our cone crusher adoptsgrease sealing and water sealing methods. Thus, dust and other impuritiescannot enter into the equipment body. This ensures clean lubrication system,and helps extend the service life of sliding bearing and thrust ball bearing ofthe crushing equipment. Due to these, the crusher offers reliable operation.
2. The fixed cone rotates continuously, and material crushing and dischargingcan also be completed continuously. So, the cone crusher offers high workingefficiency.
3. The materials are crushed by the squeezing force and shearing force betweenthe fixed cone and moving cone. So, the crushing process is simple and easy,and requires low power consumption. So, our cone crushers are energyefficiency.
4. The unique structure design makes sure the abrasion to the moving conesurface is uniform. Meanwhile, the final crushed materials come in cubic shapeand with uniform particle size. When the moving cone is swing, there is aparallel band between the fixed cone and moving one. Thus, larger particlescannot pass through the parallel band and cannot be discharged. This is why thecone crusher is able to ensure uniform end product size.

The cone crusher is designed to crush materials with compressive strength nomore than 300Mpa. To illustrate, it can be used for crushing high and mediumhardness materials, like stone, rock, iron ores, limestone, copper ores,quartz, granite, and sandstones, etc. It has found wide range of applicationsin mining, building material, road construction, and metallurgy industries.While being used in a whole production line like a sand production line, thecone crushers can be used in secondary or third stage crushing, and is evenused in first stage crushing sometimes.
