The PEL-400 Automatic CNC Bending Machineis specially designed for bending channel letters and advertising characters. Specifically,this bending equipment for advertising production can be used for making logos,signs, neon signs, billboards and light boxes as well as for outdooradvertising and other advertising production.

1. The CNC bending machine forchannel letters is designed with a user-friendly interface which features simpleconfiguration and touch-screen operation. Simply enter the text and/or graphicdesign files, and then the machine can process them automatically.
2. A unique three-dimensional simulation process and two-dimensionaldesign file to be able to display three-dimensional effects enable fullobservation and monitoring of the whole working process.
3. The CNC bending machine boasts the original double-bent parallel knifebending technology, thus saving much time and greatly improving the processingefficiency. The maximum bending angle is 130°.
4. This CNC bending system ensures high precision machining, with feedingprecision up to 0.01mm and bending accuracy reaching 0.4°.
5. With a precision automatic calibration function, the stainless steel bendingmachine can meet a variety of complex embedded processes to ensure maximumaccuracy.
6. The CNC bending machine can process 0-1.5mm strip of aluminum,galvanized steel, iron, and other sheet metals.
7. It can work together with laser engraving machines and plasma cuttingmachines to complete an entire production process.
