The box rationingfeeder is equipped with a speed reducer and a gearmechanism mounted to the low speed shaft of the reducer. The gear transmitspower to drums which then drive the rubber beltto convey materials. At the front end of the box structure, there is agate through adjusting which we can achieve quantitativefeeding.

The main and auxiliary drums of the box rationing feeder adopt self aligning bearing, allowing for easy installationand adjustment.  The rubber beltof the equipment is convenient for replacement and maintenance as well. Thereare plates at both sides of the belt to avoid materials sticking on the belt. Apear-shaped scraper is available to remove the impurities on lower belt, thusavoiding damage to the belt and extend its service life.

Mounted with a weighing sensor, the boxrationing feeder offers high precision operation, and its weighing tolerance is less than1%. Its high resolution digital pulse speed sensor assures highly accuratefeeding speed. Also, the feeding machine has an automatic tension control system toguarantee the constant belt tension, which avoids belt slippage and helpsensure feeding precision as well. Additionally, belt position correction deviceis available to further ensure continuous and precision performance. Equippedwith RS485 communication interface, the box rationing feeder can be connectedto a central control system to form a distributed control system.
