Double Row Ball Slewing Bearing

Our range of double row ball slewing bearing is classified into two types:
One kind of double row ball bearing is configured with three races. The steel ball and the isolating block can be put into the upper and lower raceways directly. Based on the stress conditions, the balls on upper and lower rows are designed in different diameters. Moreover, the open type structure makes this slewing ring bearing convenient for assembling.

The angle of load bearing for upper and lower arc raceways is 90 degree so that the slewing bearing can support large axial force and tilting torque. When the radial force exceeds 10% axial force, the raceway needs to be designed specially. The axial and radial dimensions of the product are very large. With the sturdy structure, this range of double row bearing is especially suitable for tower crane with medium or above diameter, automobile crane and marine crane.

Another type of double row ball slewing bearing is mounted with balls in same diameter in inner race and outer race. It is generally used for pitch bearing or blade bearing on wind turbine, cement pump truck and other equipment. As the pitching system doesn’t work at horizontal state, the retainer is made of integral steel support. As for the pump truck keeps level position, the ordinary isolating block is available for our product.
