Three-Row Roller Slewing Bearing

The three-row roller slewing bearing is installed with three seat rings, which are separated by radial races for the upper and lower surface. Therefore, the load that each row of the rollers carries can be confirmed precisely. The three row roller bearing can bear different loads simultaneously with extremely large load capacity. Due to the large axial and radial sizes and sturdy structure, this range of slewing ring bearing is especially applicable for heavy duty machine which requires large working radius, such as crawler crane, bucket-wheel excavator, wheeled crane, marine crane, ladle turret, harbor crane, offshore crane, heavy duty mobile cranes, wind turbine, tunnel boring machine, etc.

Our largest slewing bearing used for offshore crane is designed with three-row rollers. Its outer diameter is 7300mm. If the size exceeds the allowable range for transportation, we will adopt other technologies to solve the problems, such as dismantling, etc. In addition, due to our experience in design and manufacture of both standard slewing bearings and large size bearings, we are able to design and make it with coming pictures or applicable conditions.
