Main Features
1. The mud pump is made of superior steel plates via elaborate welding craft. Entire frame is stress-relieved and extremely sturdy and robust.
2. Housing, crank shaft, connecting rod and crosshead of this slush pump is manufactured from high-performance nodular cast iron. Thus, this pump possesses excellent tensile strength and impact resistance.
3. Our mud pump is also outfitted with copper guide plate with crosshead, allowing for convenient replacement and maintenance.
4. You can apply this rig pump to oil drilling and gas exploitation.
5. The adopted transmission gears are integral involute herringbone, thus smooth running, high efficiency and long lifespan are well ensured.
6. At the power end of our mud pump, splash and forced lubrication is performed.
7. This slurry pump makes use of fluid cylinder, and thereby the structure of fluid end is compact and solid. Meanwhile, suction and discharge flanges comply with ANSI and API specifications.
8. Piston rod and intermediate rod of the mud pump are jointed by couplers, thus quick installation and disassembly are available.
9. Lubricated by standalone spray pump system, the piston of our mud pump has a long service life.
