Overview
The QD series pneumatic casing elevator adopts pneumatic drive for safe and effort-saving operation. Generally, it suits casing of 60-622mm (23/8-241/2 inches) specification, totally complying with API 8C standard in respect of design and fabrication.

Remarkable Features
1. This casing slip is especially fit for long and heavy tubulars, pneumatically or manually one-man operated.
2. One-piece design allows for annular uniform compression zone during clamping tubulars. Hence, tight clamping is ensured, and tubulars damage and deformation are minimized.
3. Our pneumatic casing spider comprises 5 independent slips, 8 slip inserts, 9 upper wiper blocks and 8 lower wiper blocks, all of which are in different specifications for your special needs. What’s more, they are very convenient for replacement and adaptive to different working environments.
4. When used as a pneumatic casing elevator, this product can be configured with guide housing and lower wiper block for fast and precise centering as well as avoiding slip damage.
5. When used as a casing spider, the product is outfitted with top protecting cover and upper wiper block to prevent the slip from cracked up by casing couplings.
6. The casing elevator is stably fixed to rotary table because of dedicated connecting plate, ideal for casing handling.
