Power Spiders

The RUSHI power spider is a mechanical downhole tool with hydraulic remote control. It is used to clamp and suspend drill pipe during makeup and breakout operations. To better accommodate different drill pipes, this power slip is engineered in diversified specifications. Applicable drill pipe size ranges from 60mm to 178mm.

With rated loading force of 2500KN, our power spider effectively ramps up oil drilling efficiency, protects personnel safety, and also enhances automation degree. On the other hand, this drill pipe slip can be coupled with hoisting device, easy for installation and operation.
