DSL Series Power Swivels

Overview
The DSL series power swivel mounted onto workover rig derrick is used to provide rotary power. In addition to washing over, casing milling, cement plug and bridge plug drilling, fishing, as well as well-servicing, this rotary swivel also enables sidetrack drilling, barefoot well drilling and coring operations.

Features
1. Our power swivel is well suited to workover for oil and gas wells weighing less than 100T. During operation, it provides sufficient torque to rotate drilling tools at a fast speed.
2. This oil drilling equipment can bear weight of all tubulars or drill stems in process of casing running, make up or break out, which not only improves working efficiency, but also greatly reduces labor intensity.
3. The equipped main bearing possesses high strength and long service life, and can bear weight of tubulars and drill pipes when maximum drilling depth is reached. Besides, this bearing can be used as long as more than 3000 hours.
4. Our power swivel boasts outstanding sealing performance, and can effectively avoid invasion of mud, grease and filthy solution. Thus, lifespan is prolonged.
