Standards
The 1kV insulated aerial cable is produced in accordance with GB/T12527-2008 standard: aerial insulated cables of rated voltage up to and including 1kV. On the other hand, it also meets our enterprise standard.
Operating Conditions
1. Rated voltage U0/U: 0.6/1kV
2. Max. operating temperature of conductor for long-term application: 70℃ for PVC or PE insulated type, and 90℃ for XLPE insulated type
3. Min. ambient temperature when laying: -20℃.
4. Bending radius: If the outer diameter of cable is less than 25mm, the bending radius should be larger than 4 times of outer diameter. If the outer diameter is 25 mm or higher, the bending radius should not be less than 6 times of outer diameter.
Applications
This product is weatherproof PVC, PE or XLPE insulated aerial cable with copper core, aluminum core or aluminum alloy core, and it is applicable for overhead power lines with rated voltage of 1kV AC and below.
