TLSS Screw Conveyor

This TLSS series screw conveyor combines the structural advantages of both incline conveyor and horizontal conveyor. It is mainly used for horizontal or inclined transportation of various powder materials, granular materials, and small pieces of material. However, this range of screw conveyor is not intended for fiber materials that are highly corrosive, fragile or easy to get agglutinated. The conveying of the material is completed through the rotation of the screw blade.

This auger conveyor shall be horizontally installed or aslope installed with the angle of inclination no more than 20°. The main shaft is made of seamless steel tube and the transmission shaft is solid. They are easy to install and dismantle. Also, a sealing device can be installed at the output port of the screw conveyor to avoid feed leakage.
