SSLG Pellet Crumbler

Decheng range of pellet crumbler is a great particle size reduction solution for use in animal feed industry. For different growing period of livestock, requirements on the size of the pellet feed are quite different. Using pellet mills for direct production of livestock feeds with very small pellet size is typically low efficient and high cost because of longer production cycle and higher energy consumption. In order to solve this problem, we have especially developed this range of pellet crumbler. This crumbler is a special type of roller mill which can reduce larger size pellet feeds into smaller ones directly.

Features of the Pellet Crumbler
1. The transmission device is designed with by-pass device. If the material needed to be crumbled, the pellet crumbler will come into use. If not, the material is discharged directly from two sides of the machine. This device is conducive to easy and convenient operation of the size reduction equipment.
2. Provided in compact structure, the pellet crusher has optimal processing effect. Meanwhile, the noise caused during operation is lower.
3. This pellet crumbler is mainly used to break Φ4.5-Φ8mm large granule into small pieces with the diameter from 2mm to 2.5mm. Compared with the traditional processing method, this crushing machine can offer high yield but low energy consumption.
