Construction Hoist

Overview
The construction hoist is used for the vertical transport of people and cargo in the construction of bridge, chimney, and high-rise building. This construction elevator is composed of cage, driving system, standard knot, attached wall, chassis, rail, and electrical system. The construction hoist offered by Little Swan has the advantages of small occupied area and long service life.

Little Swan mainly provides two types of construction lift: general construction lift and frequency control construction lift.

General Construction Hoist
The general construction hoist is available in single cage and double cage. The rated load for each cage is 2000 kg, so the overall rated load for the double cage type hoist is 4000 kg. Lifting speed for general construction hoist is 33m/min and the maximum lift height is 150 m. This type of construction elevator is equipped with advanced anti top racing, anti-falling and upper and lower position limit devices to ensure construction safety. In addition, lifting cage is also equipped with safe landing equipment. In the event of steel rope breaking, it will make the cage safely docked on the standard knot.

Frequency Control Construction Hoist

Easy to install, this frequency control construction hoist features advanced design, stable performance, strong applicability, as well as convenient operation and repair. Its lifting speed is controlled by a frequency converter.

This construction lift has much faster speed than the general construction hoist and it can rise 60 meters per minute. Elastic coupling is adopted for connection between the motor and decelerator.

Our construction elevator is designed with complete and reliable safety devices. It will immediately and automatically stop in case of rope breaking, power failure, and overspeed dropping to ensure the safety of the working staff.
