Double-Row Tapered Roller Bearings

Unlike those of single-row tapered roller bearing, the outer ring and the inner ring of double-row tapered roller bearing are an integrated unit with similar terminal facets. Therefore, the outer ring and the inner ring cannot be separated. However, there is intermediate ring in between, the thickness of which can be used to adjust both the clearances and the pre-interferences of bearings.

The double-row tapered roller bearing can sustain certain degree of bi-axial loads while taking the radial loads. The bi-axial displacement of shaft and housing can be controlled within axial clearance limit.

We provide double-row tapered roller bearings of types 350000 and 370000. Both these types can adjust the clearances by changing the thickness of the intermediate rings.
