The MEII-4242 mold engraving machine is a superior mold engraver, and it has been available since 2005. Our product has a gantry structure with double columns, and it is casted as a whole.

Our CNC engraving equipment makes use of German ball screws, high-quality linear guides, dual-core CPU based control system, microstepping drive system and 1.5kW variable frequency main spindle motor to totally meet the requirements of common mold engraving. With the help of a manual pulse generator (MPG), users could manipulate this mechanical engraver in an easier and more convenient way.

Applications
The mold engraving machine is commonly adopted to make various kinds of brass dies and steel dies, such as hot-stamping dies, cold-punching dies, 3D label molds, etc.
