Introduction
The concrete mixer truck is a specialized mixing vehicle that is used to transport concrete from a batch plant to various construction sites. We can supply a wide range of concrete mixing trucks with capacities ranging from 3m³ to 16m³.
Mounted on the truck is a cylindrical revolving drum, where concrete mixture is tumbled. The maximum rotational speed of the drum is up to 90 km/h. During concrete transfer, the drum keeps the concrete from setting by constantly tumbling the mixture around. After the concrete is discharged, construction crews should use water to clean off the inside drum to prevent stiffened concrete from taking up mixing space which might lead to reduced capacity.
