The credit card chip is a smart chip designed for dual interface cards. This range of IC card chip can satisfy your demands on information security protection, and thus is very popular in banking system to serve as not only credit card chips, but also bank card chips, etc.

This credit card chip is manufactured with 0.18μm CMOS EEPROM technique, and the SC100 CPU adopts 32-bit RISC design strategy. The embedded 256kB ROM and 10kB RAM are used to store data and programs, and the 80kB EEPROM is employed by the dual interface CUP card chip for data and program storage when power is off.

Aside from the above, this dual interface credit card chip also contains other components, such as timer, watchdog, clock generator, interrupt controller, system controller, CRC module, security control unit, SM1, SM2, SM3, SM4, SSF33, DES/3DES, 2048-bit RSA coprocessor, true random number generator, ISO7816 serial interface, RF interface that is in accordance with ISO14443 standard, etc.
