As a kind of IC card chip especially designed for dual interface cards, the SHC1302N 32 bit dual interface smart card chip is often seen in banking system to act as credit card chip, bank card chip, etc. It adopts 0.18μm CMOS EEPROM technique, and the applied SC100 CPU is based on the 32-bit RISC structure. The embedded 256kB ROM and 10kB RAM are used by the credit card chip to store data and programs, while the 144kB EEPROM is for data or program storage when power is off.
Aside from the above, this credit card chip contains timer, watchdog, clock generator, RF interface, interrupt controller, system controller, CRC module, security control unit, true random number generator, DES/3DES, SSF33, SM1, SM3, SM7, 2018-bit RSA coprocessor, ISO7816 serial interface and other modules.
