The SHC1228 mobile payment card chip is a high end contact chip that is suitable for a variety of smart cards. This smart chip supports both 13.56M and 2.45G solutions, and it adopts ARM SC100 CPU. Embedded 24kB RAM and 384kB flash memory are applied by the mobile payment card chip to store data and programs.

Aside from the above, our mobile payment card chip perfectly integrates DES, RSA, timer, interrupt controller, system controller, SWP interface, 7816 interface, GPIO interface, SPI master interface, security control unit and other modules in one chip.
