Our idler roller is mainly used for matching the tensioning device to tighten and position the caterpillar belt. Meanwhile, it can help decrease the impact that is generated at the product with up and down directions by the excavator during the traveling process. Then, the noise can be reduced and the tensioning device can be protected.
The product mainly incorporates the wheel body made of 40Mn cast steel, the shaft made of the 45Cr steel, the support stand made of the 65Mn cast steel, and other standard parts. The wheel body and the support stand are fabricated by using the integral precision casting and the material of high strength premium structural steel. The idler roller can be applied to the machinery with the brands including Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Daewoo, Sumitomo, Kobelco, Hyundai, and Volvo.
