Our top roller contains roller body, shaft, side cover, copper bush, oil seal circlip, etc. The adopted material is 50Mn forged steel for the roller body, 45Cr steel for the shaft, and QT450 for the side cover. The product operates for supporting and assisting the track. The production process of the product is very nearly the same as that of the track roller. The whole assembly is completed by adopting the semi-automatic equipment, the sealed vacuum oil injection and the strict air tightness checking to ensure smooth operation of the product.

The top roller is applicable for the machinery manufactured by Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Daewoo, Sumitomo, Kobelco, Hyundai, and Volvo. It enjoys high reputation in the Southeast Asian market. In addition, the product with our private brand of TAB can be guaranteed for 10 to 12 months.
