Features of the High Pressure Spray Humidifier
1. Small Diameter
The high-pressure nozzle for the spray humidifier is able to create 5 billion fog drops every second, whose diameter is only 0.5-15μm, which magnifies humidification and cooling effect.
2. Energy Conservation
Vaporizing 1kg water requires 6W. The power consumption of the high pressure spray humidifier is 1% of that of a traditional electric steam humidifier, and 10% of that of a centrifugal humidifier or an air-water humidifier.
3. Good Reliability
The imported plunger pump for the air humidifier is able to work all day long. Without wearing parts, both the nozzle and the water spray distributor do not readily break down in a dust environment.
4. Automatic Depression
When the sprayer stops working, the high pressure spray humidifier will automatically discharge the pressure within the high-pressure nozzle, so as to prevent the nozzle from dripping.
5. Protection Function
The water mist humidifier will be intelligently powered off in case there is a shortage of water, which avoids the idling of the pump and prolongs its useful life.
6. Hygiene
The water used is sealed and will not be used repeatedly, so as to avert bacterial reproduction.

Working Principle of the High Pressure Spray Humidifier
The high pressure spray humidifier makes use of the plunger pump to increase water pressure to 7Mpa. Then the pressurized water will flow through a high-pressure pipe, and be vaporized by the special nozzle, which generates 3-15 µm fog-like particles that may rapidly vaporize and spread by absorbing heat from the air. In this way, the high pressure misting system can effectively realize air humidification and cooling. Its maximum humidifying capacity is 150~900kg/h.
