Our inner injection hydraulic prop can be categorized into two series, Φ80 series and Φ90 series, according to cylinder diameter. It comes with pump and oil. When supporting, rotate the handle to raise the column. The working solution will not be released during column dropping, which can protect the working environment. In addition, our product is easy to use. It does not need emulsion pump or piping system.

The DN type of hydraulic prop is available in 13 different specifications, suitable for coal seam with the thickness of 0.6 to 3.5 meters respectively.

Our products conform to the standard of MT112.1-2006. Their technical parameters are listed in the following tables.

DW(06-22)-300/100(T)

The DW(06-22) models of hydraulic prop are suitable for coal seam with the thickness below 2.2 meters. Their features are described below.
1. Injecting liquid from the top is more conducive to draining the air in the prop.
2. The seal leak point between the piston and plunger tube is removed.
3. With the stigma removed, the sealing structure is simple and the product acts flexibly and reliably. It is also convenient to maintain the product.
4. The stroke of the inner injection hydraulic prop is longer than that of the ordinary single hydraulic leg. Therefore, using this product can reduce coal mining costs.
