Exhaust Fan

Schematic diagram of evaporative cooling system

Features of the Exhaust Fan
The exhaust fan, also called negative pressure fan, is one of the key components of an evaporative cooling system. Designed with the help of CAD or CAM, it features high total pressure, large air volume, less noise, low power consumption, stable operation and long useful life.

The evaporative cooling fan is especially designed with a shutter system which can be opened or closed automatically for dust prevention and water resistance. While supporting air exhausting, the exhaust fan can also be used for air feeding, and it is a perfect air ventilation fan for greenhouses and industrial plants.

Functions of the Exhaust Fan
Supposing there is 1 exhaust fan working for 1 hour to send fresh air to the 200㎡ workshop with the height of about 5m, the air exchange frequency is 44500/h÷1000m3=44.5 times, and the whole room experiences good ventilation effect. In case without the cooling fan, the workshop only has indoor circulation with the frequency of less than 10 times.

Application of the Exhaust Fan
1. Places requiring cooling or ventilation, like shopping mall, supermarket, office, restaurant, hospital, station, exhibition hall, ballroom, assembly hall, meeting room, school and so forth
2. Workshops at a high temperature or full of peculiar smell, such as textile mill, electronics factory, machinery works, etc.
