1. Frame
In addition to a welded steel frame with good rigidity, this range of sheet metal machinery is also available with two cylinders on left and right side columns respectively, an auxiliary tool post on the worktable to support convenient micro-adjustment of lower tool post, as well as a material feeding device on the worktable to ensure effortless feeding of heavy workpieces.
2. Workpiece-Holding Device
The device is mainly made up of several cylinders mounted on the bearing plate in the front of the hydraulic swing beam shear. Under the condition that oil flows into the cylinder, it will hold sheet material tightly regardless of spring tension. However, when the shearing job is completed, it will move back as a result of the spring tension.
3. Front Gauge and Backgauge
The backgauge is installed on the upper tool post, and moves with it. It is motor driven, and the driving system additionally includes a gear reducer for speed reduction and a lead screw for power transmission. The metal plate shearer also supports manual micro-adjustment of backgauge position.
The front gauge is position on the worktable, and a scale is available for position value indication. It ensures greater convenience when the swing beam shear is applied for thin plate shearing.
4. Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system of our plate shearing machine mainly includes the control valve bank, oil pump, oil cylinder, return cylinder, workpiece-holding cylinder, combined oil way and more. This system is scientifically designed, offering reliable performance with low noise and high safety factor.
5. Electrical System
Our hydraulic swing beam shear features a safe and reliable electrical system which is made up of the control cabinet, foot switch, main and assistant motors, electric appliance cabinet, connection lines, etc.
