Aseptic Filling Line for Milk

The aseptic filling line is mainly designed for aseptic packaging of milk. It features very low investment cost as compared with conventional dairy processing equipment and packaging equipment, as it eliminates the demand for high pressure steam boilers or oilless air compressors.

The milk production line integrates all equipment for sterilization, filling, and packaging. These equipment sets, such as the UHT plant and aseptic filling machine, can be connected directly, thus keeping the entire filling line in a sterilized environment. This maintains high asepsis during the production.

Low Energy Consumption
Our range of aseptic filling line offers great energy efficiency due to our innovative technique that using the conduction oil as the heating medium. This technique is much superior and economical than the traditional type that using the steam as the heating medium.

Stable Operation
In UHT plants using steam as heating medium, the steam temperature may fluctuate with the steam pressure, and thus it is hard to be controlled.

While the UHT plant for our aseptic filling line employing conduction oil as the heating medium features easier control on heating temperature, providing our production line with enhanced operation stability.

Low Maintenance Cost
The high quality devices within the aseptic processing line for milk have little chance to break down, and the supplement of conduction oil can be done once every three years.

High Automation
High automation brings precise operation. The UHT sterilization process and temperature are both PLC controlled, which ensures consistent sterilization quality and reliability.

Turnkey Project
Our aseptic filling line for milk consists of the UHT plant, aseptic packaging machine, high pressure homogenizer, etc. We are responsible for equipment installation, testing and commissioning, and trail production.
