Car Carrier Semi-trailer
The car carrier semi-trailer is one of the main products in our company. It incorporates France advanced techniques within its production process while fitted with the unique hydraulic lift system and air suspension system. Its critical parts are of good quality, which enable safe operating and reliable functioning. With high load capacity, the car carrier semi-trailer is able to hold 6 to 8 cars of various specifications. It was once used to load Buick, Santana, Honda Accord, Toyota Jeta, Fukang, Xiali, and Iveco.
Configurations
1. Structure: frame
2. Load Capacity: The upper and lower decks of the semi-trailer can accommodate 6 to 8 cars depending on different car models and specifications.
3. Hydraulic lift system: Two pairs of oil cylinders control the rising and lowering movement of the system. There is also a mechanical-type hand-operated valve.

1. Axle: 11.5t(load capacity)
2. Suspension: 4mm×20mm×90mm leaf springs for two axles

6. Landing Gear: mechanical linkage and double speed
7. Braking System: dual air brake system, WABCO braking valve. There is a 30L gas chamber for each axle.
