The guide board semi-trailer is equipped with side rails of 800mm in height. It is primarily used to transport large goods or bulk goods. The enclosed space by side rails provides for large cargo capacity.

Configurations
Frame
The frame of the semi-trailer is constructed of two main longitudinal I-shaped beams(Q345B/ST52-3) which are of reinforced structure made from rolled channels, and one cross-wise bended and tapered beam(Q235). The load floor is made from 3mm thick checker plates. The whole structure features high tensile strength.

Running Gear
1. Axle: 13t (load capacity)
2. Suspension: 8mm×16mm×90mm leaf springs
3. Tyres: 12R22.5 12pcs
4. Rim: 9.0-22.5 12pcs
5. Kingpin: 2inch (welded structure)
6. Landing Gear: mechanical linkage, double-speed
7. Braking System: dual air brake system, WABCO braking valve. There is a 30L gas chamber for each axle.
8. Electrical System: 24v (working voltage) explosion-proof circuit, seven-pin female connector, lamps (which meet China standard)

3. Rubber mud flaps and steel mudguards

5. Basic tools: 1set (including the wheel wrench, gudgeon sleeve, and rocking crank)

Surface Treatment
1. Pretreatment: sandblasting. The surfaces of our semi-trailer are rubbed smooth and then cleaned with chemical mixtures.
2. Painting: zinc-rich primer top coat (Customers can select the coating color according to their likings.)

Packaging
Every two units are packed in one package. The volume of one unit is 29m3.
