Flatbed Container Semi-trailer
The flatbed container semi-trailer comes with either two or three axles. It is typically used to transport containers. The two-axle flatbed features a load capacity of 20 while the 3-axle type can be supplied with a maximum load of 26t or 30t. Both types of carriers can be employed to load lengthy or large cargo.
Configurations
1. Chassis: Two Main Longitudinal Beams(Q345B/ST52-3), One Transverse Beam (Q235 channel beam), 3mm-Thick Checker Plate. The car frame features high strength. There are a total of 12 twistlocks for locking a 40ft container, 2 20ft containers, or one middle-positioned 20ft container into place on the flatbed container semi-trailer.
2. Running Gear
a. Vehicle Axle: 11.5(load capacity). The axle of this semi-trailer meets the ISO standard.
b. Suspension: 9mm×16mm×90mm strengthened leaf spring suspension.
c. Kingpin: 2” welded type
d. Fifth Wheel Height: custom height based on customer requirements
e. Landing Gear (legs which can be raised): mechanical linkage and double speed
f. Braking System: dual-pipe pneumatic brake system
g. Electrical System: 12v, seven-pin female trailer plug, all kind of lamps, round tail light.
3. Spare Parts
a. Spare Tire Rack: 2pcs

c. Basic Tools: 1set (including the gudgeon sleeve, operating crank, and lug wrench)

4. Surface Treatment
a. Pretreatment to Coating: apply sandblast to the whole structure
b. Painting: zinc-rich primer acrylic polyurethane top coating
c. Packaging: The tail portion of the semi-trailer is cut off from the rest part. Place one part on top of the other. Use bolts to connect the two parts together. Then put them in a 40ft container for shipping.
